Duck, Duck, Goose?

Casey and I went on a photoshoot adventure yesterday... and there were DUCKS. So many ducks

They were scared of Casey. He chased them away. It was super hilarious and kind of cute too. This upcoming week is THANKSGIVING! I'm a little excited, in part because we're gonna go home for a couple of days, in part because my awesome friend Meg is coming with us, and in large part because I don't have classes for four days. Huzzah!

This week, I caught the graduate school bug. I really want to go. Because, ya know, what will I do with myself if I'm not in school? Ha. Not really my reason to do it, promise. But some people from USU's Master of Second Language Teaching program came up here to beg us to apply to their program, because the two BYU-I undergrads they've had so far are their favorites. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't interested. They have a history program there too that Casey could maybe get into...

I may not know a lot of what we'll actually be doing or even where we'll go after we leave here in July (only eight months left, yes!), but I have a feeling it's going to be great no matter what.

  1. I grew up saying "Duck, Duck, Goose." Now that I married "Utah Dan," he tells me how awkward I sound when I play the game. But I still teach my kids the right way (that is, Duck, Duck, Goose). Good luck in your educational endeavors!

    1. Wait, what's the wrong way to play it? I thought it was only Duck, Duck, Goose...
